The principal consultant Mr. CP Ng, his involvement in Quality Management began in 1981 when he was with Matsushita Electric Company (Melcom) responsible for Quality Control. In between tours of duty, he was responsible for leading the Pioneer Quality Control Circle (QCC) of Melcom during the “Look East Policy”.
After leaving Melcom, he was an NDT engineer with Oilfield Inspection Services, UK (OIS). Leaving OIS for Hitachi Consumer Products (M) Sdn Bhd., he served in several capacities as Quality Assurance, Production and Sales Manager. He was a freelance Quality Management Consultant & Trainer before setting up GMP QUALITY CONSULTANTS.
CP Ng has lectured at Stamford College and is currently a regular lecturer for Newport International University (KL) and Irish International University accredited TQM Program. He has written articles for Society of Environmental Auditors Malaysia (SEAM) bulletin on subjects pertaining to Quality Management System and TQM.
NCP was trained in the field of electromechanical engineering. His was conferred a Bachelor equivalent from Canadian Chartered Institute of Business Administration. He then obtained his Post Graduate Diploma in TQM and MBA in TQM from Newport University, USA.

CP Ng is an Associate Member of SEAM and has qualified for Fellowship from Canadian Chartered Institute of Business Administration (CIBA, Canada).
A graduate in B. Sc.(Hon) in Biology, UKM. Rashid has more than 10 years of working experience in the manufacturing sector specialising in SMT process, PCB mounting technology, scheduled waste management, hazard communication and chemical health risk assessment.
In between tours of duty, Rashid was responsible for setting up of the Fire Prevention Team and was a hands-on trainer on Soldering Skills, Chemical Handling, Emergency Respond Planning, Safety and Health subjects. He was also responsible for setting up the fire evacuation system for his previous companies.
Rashid specialises in designing Occupational Safety & Health programmes and has conducted many seminars and trainings on the subject. His has help manufacturing company in Chemical Health Risk Assessment.Rashid is a qualified Chemical Health Risk assessment Assessor certified by Department of Occupational Safety & Health (DOSH). Mr. Gian Singh holds a degree in Engineering from University of Malaya (1966) and Masters degrees in Business Administration (1977) and in Manufacturing Engineering (1978) from one of the Ivy League universities in New England, Boston University, where one of the topics he studied was product design. He also holds an Industrial Quality Control Diploma from Bouwcentrum International Education (1973). He has been trained in the many statistical tools that today form the crux of the Six Sigma Management System.
In the 1970s he introduced Industrial Engineering Techniques in Hewlett Packard, Motorola and a number of other companies. Mr. Gian Singh has been in the forefront in the introduction of Improvement techniques such as Total Quality Management, Kaizen Techniques and Lean Management, Total Productive Maintenance, Process Mapping and Cycle Time reduction, Six Sigma Management, tools for Six Sigma and Six Sigma Tools for design and Innovation. QC Tools for Design, Root Cause Analysis, Technical Problem Solving and Decision Making, Statistical Process Control and others.
He has worked with the Kaizen Institute of Japan consultants on Kaizen and JIT projects in Malaysia both as consultant and trainer. He has also worked with the Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance (JIPM) on TPM projects particularly Epson and others. He has worked for Motorola University as a trainer and has been certified as competent trainer in several training projects such as Quality Function Deployment, Cycle Time Reduction, Six Sigma Training, Organizational Process Mapping and Analysis, Total Productive Maintenance and others.

Mr Ko was the World Wide Sales & Marketing Director for a local semiconductors company which had generated the revenue from less RM 2 millions to about RM 100 millions in just 5 years. Mr. Ko has helped the company to penetrate and set-up distribution in most of the key markets in the world such as Western Europe, United State, China, Taiwan, Japan, India and South Korea. He has managed to appoint and train more than 50 distributors world wide that give excellence revenue to the company. He has also set up offices in South Korea, India and China. Further to that, the promotion and advertising activities have helped the company to get about 100,000 clicks per month on their web-site which have enhanced their image tremendously. Mr Ko was also the Senior Production Operation Manager for OSRAM Opto Semiconductors Sdn Bhd. During his stayed, he led teams in process improvements, quality improvements program, Self Managing Team Program and also Total Productive Maintenance Program. These experiences have
give Mr Ko the ability to consult the potential customer dealing with Operation and Productivity Improvements.
Mr. Ko was the Industrial Engineering Manager for SIEMENS Advance Technology Malacca. During this period, he has been actively initiated the productivity projects based on Industrial Engineering Techniques. Techniques such as Cycle Time Reduction, Waste Reduction, Layout Optimization, Resources Planning etc are used to enhance operation productivity. These Industrial Engineering activities have able to save company more than 5% of the operation cost.
Mr. Ko posses Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Strathclyde University, Scotland UK. He obtain his Mechanical (Industrial) Engineering Degree from University Of Technology Malaysia (UTM) . Mr Ko also attended many related courses for personal and selfdevelopment.
Mr Ko have been involved in training since 2000. He was the part time lecturer for Stamford College, Melaka since 2000. He also is the lecturer for Junior Industrial Management Executive Program (JIMEP) organized by Melaka Industrial Skill Development Centre (MISDC).
Teo started his career as a training consultant in 1995. Teo specialises in Self-Development-Attitude Change Program, Clerical Management, Leadership Quality, Supervisory Skills, Quality Service, Professional Selling Skills and Customer Service and outdoor Team Building program. To date, Teo has conducted many training programs for many local and multinational companies throughout Malaysia. Prior to this, Teo had served with the Ministry of Education as a teacher for 16 years. His past experience includes being a survey draftsman in 1977, started his teaching career in 1981 where he taught Principle of Accounts, Commerce and Living Skills. During his sixteen years of teaching, he was very actively involved in the Co-curriculum activities. He had held many posts such as Sports Co-ordinator, Prefects Master, Discipline Master, Games Master and Co-operative Treasurer for 11 years.
Teo was also one of the facilitators for the Motivational Course For Examination Students. With his teaching experience, he also wrote a few revision books and workbooks. Teo was also one of the examiners for the National MCC Examination for 10 years. During the last few years of his teaching career, he has been organising seminars on Understanding and Answering Technique for SPM students.
Teo was elected the most outstanding participant of 1995 by the Malaysian Co-operative College due to his active and dedicated participation.

Zulkifli Abdullah has more than twenty years experience in various fields of human resource management, both in the public and private sector. He holds a B.A. (Hons) degree from University of Malaya and a M.A. degree from New York University.
Zulkifli has served the Government as an Administrative and Diplomatic Officer (or PTD) for 17 years. He has held senior positions in the Prime Minister Department, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Institute of Public Administration (INTAN). In the diplomatic service, he had served abroad as Second Secretary at the Embassy of Malaysia in Manila, and as Counselor at the Permanent Mission of Malaysia to the United Nations, New York.
In the private sector, Zulkifli served as Human Resource Development Manager at Tractors Malaysia Berhad, Training Consultant at ITC Management Center Sdn. Bhd., and Associate Director at the Center of Executive Development Institut Teknologi Tun Abdul Razak.
Zulkifli’s areas of expertise in management development are generally in the area of human resource management, and these include human resource planning, recruitment and selection; human resource development; compensation management; job analysis; performance appraisal; organizational behavior; organization development; organization change; corporate culture; and human resource research and audit. Other areas include supervisory development, team building, interpersonal/communication skills. and customer service.
Zulkifli’s areas of consultancy work include training needs analysis, training program design, training validation and evaluation, performance appraisal, salary structure, human resource planning and job analysis. Khadijah began her career as a FELDA officer in 1973. She has work in Time Engineering as a trainer and Branch Manager for Institute Technology Tun Abdul Razak then later as Knowledge Manager in Dataprep Holdings. She has been in Training for the past 15 years. She is specialized in, communication, counseling, coaching, supervisory skill. She provides counseling service to public at Talian Sahabat Selangor, and Majlis Perbandaran Petaling Jaya. During his tenure at FELDA, she is in charge of the over all of the FELDA vocational Training Centre for youth. A Dynamic trainer for Clerical Development Programs, Counseling, Coaching, communication, Management and Supervisory Programs. She is active in counseling and involved herself with Counselors Association of Malaysia and counselor for Selangor State Government.
She is a regular personality at National Network Radio Malaysia and Radio Malaysia Selangor attending to problems voiced by callers.
HC Leong holds a first class honours science degree from University of London and a Diploma in science from TAR College. He has 26 years of working experience in a world class electronic components manufacturing environment.
As a pioneer in the company, he has successfully risen to the position as General Manager. He has taken up wide variety of responsibilities includes Quality Assurance, Production, Production Planning, Industrial Engineering, Procurement, Plant Maintenance and Human Resource. Under his leadership the company has successfully implemented the certification of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001. Leong also actively guided the factory innovation/Kaizen projects and more than 50 QCC in the company. One of the QCC has won the Gold medal at National Level by NPC in 1995. He was also been given the full responsibility to manage a 2nd plant with 1200 workforce with 100% local management.
Leong has conducted numerous trainings in the company in the areas of 5s, Safety, Quality, Kaizen, Supervisory, Manager workshop. He has also been assigned to implement Kaizen and Quality improvement projects at sister companies and at suppliers plant. Leong was also appointed by Tokyo head office as the regular trainer for Middle Management Workshop in ASEAN region.
Abu Hashim has been involved in technical training especially in Heavy Equipment and Material Handling Equipment. He started his career as a Training instructor in Heavy Equipment course at Institute Kemahiran Mara, Melaka. He spent 3 years of his time at the government technical institute. He then moved into the private sector and pursue his career in more specialized area.
He hold the certificate in Teaching Technique from Center for Instructor and Advance Skill Training (CIAST) and certificate in Heavy Equipment from National Vocational Training Council (MLVK). He also a certified Forklift Trainer and Assessor from Transport Training Centre (TTC) in Adelaide, Australia. He had attended the Crane Safety Training under Japan International Center for Safety and Health ( JICOSH) in Tokyo,Japan.
His extensive experience is covers practical and theory aspects of engine, transmission, hydraulic system, electrical and also a safety operation for forklift operator.
He has conducted many technical training program for staff and also customers as well. Among those organizations who have benefited from his training are Matsushita Group Brisk Steel Products, ALCOM Berhad, MAS Kargo, Klang Port Management, MEMC Electronic Materials, Kemaman Supply Base, Petronas BASF.
His most recent training on the same subject was for Perodua Sales Sdn Bhd in Rawang.

Jaffar Sharif holds a Degree in Human Resource Management from Glasgow University. He has 20 years working experience in manufacturing environment in world class organizations namely Matsushita Electric Company, Motorola Semiconductor (M) Sdn Bhd and Philips Electronics Supplies (M) Sdn Bhd.
He started his career in production department, after that took up the challenge of setting up Human Resource Department in Philips Electronic Supplies, Senai. Jaffar’s areas of expertise are in management development, generally in the area of Human Resource Management. He also conducted training programs on team Problem Solving using QC Tools, PDCA through Quality Control Circles, 5S Philosophy and Installation, Safety & Health related courses, Statistical Process Control, and various other management & TQM programs.
Jaffar’s also had the experienced in coaching & guiding QCC teams to achieve the Best New QCC Team Award in NPC Mini Convention and Gold Award winner in the NPC QCC National Convention.

SHQuah has extensive experience in the field of direct taxation and his special expertise lies in tax investigation, financial intelligence and tax audit. He initiated, produced and assisted in developing procedures and work instructions in tax investigation, tax audit and intelligence gathering and analysis for the IRB. This subsequently became and still is the ‘Investigation Manual’ currently being used today.
SHQuah also spearheaded the setting up of the IRB Forensic Laboratory and Simulation Training Centre for Tax Audit at the National Tax Academy.
As the Director of Investigation Department, he represented IRB in Seoul, South Korea as a committee member of the National Coordinating Committee For Money-Laundering and Terrorist Financing headed by the Financial Intelligence Unit of Bank Negara, Malaysia. SHQuah also presented papers relating to taxation for local and international audiences.
The last two papers that he presented were at the 2005 National Tax Conference and the Tax Seminar for Asian Tax Authorities organised by Asia Development Bank Institute, Tokyo, in the same year.
While taxation is SHQuah’s forte, he is a vivid advocate of the Japanese Kaizen management tools, particularly in 5S housekeeping and ISO9000 implementation. He was the pioneer in implementing 5S housekeeping in IRB.

Poh has a total of twelve years (12) of working experience in managerial position with world leading consumer electronics manufacturers. Poh has extensive experience in the field of Supply Chain Management where he has experience in managing the different functions in the Supply Chain such as Material Warehouse, Procurement and Mass Purchasing function.
During his tenure as Section Head of Mass Purchasing of electronics consumer products, he initiated, produced and assisted in developing procedures and work instructions in relevance to the Supply Chain System. This subsequently became and still is the ‘Supply Chain Manual’ currently being used today. His wide exposure in various functions and being in the managerial position has led him to spearhead his organization Supply Chain to a higher level of operation. While Supply Chain is Poh’s forte, he is also a vivid advocate of the Japanese Kaizen management tools, particularly in 5S housekeeping and ISO9000 quality management practices. He was the pioneer in advocating 5S housekeeping in his organization.
Poh puts high priority on the “people asset” and takes a strong interest in development of human capital. For an organization to excel, it must first develop
its human asset. This personal believes has turned into a passion moving him into the training frontier where he trains on departmental courses such as Supervisory Leadership, 7 Muda (Waste) Elimination, Supply Chain Management.
